Youth Permission Form

If you have a swimmer between the ages of 12 and 16 and would like for them to be able to swim at the pool without a parent present, please complete the Youth Permission Form below and turn it in at the membership table.

Saturday, May 25: 11am-9pm
Sunday, May 26: 12-8pm
Monday, May 27: 10am-7pm

Until June 8 (when WSFCS ends)
Mon-Thur: 2:00pm-8pm
Friday: 2:00 pm-9pm
Saturday: 11am-9pm
Sunday: 12-8pm

Beginning June 8 through August 11
Mon-Thur: 11am-8pm
Friday: 11am-9pm
Saturday: 11am-9pm
Sunday: 12-8pm

Beginning August 12 through September 1 (To Be Determined)
Mon-Thur: 4:30 - 7pm
Friday: 4:30 -9pm
Saturday: 11am-9pm
Sunday: 10-8pm
