Youth Permission Form

If you have a swimmer between the ages of 12 and 16 and would like for them to be able to swim at the pool without a parent present, please complete the Youth Permission Form below and turn it in at the membership table.

Saturday, May 24: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday, May 25 Noon - 8:00 pm
Monday, May 26: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Beginning May 27 through August 12
Mon-Thur: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: Noon - 8:00 pm

August 13 through August 31 (to be determined)
Mon - Thur: 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Friday: 4:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: 12-8:00 pm
